Thank you for your interest in The Toy Soldier Gallery. We pride ourselves on our extensive selection of toy soldiers, military books and military prints meeting the needs of veteran and new collectors alike. We're located just outside the Thayer Gate at West Point, making our shop a "must stop and see" for any visitor. Listed below is some helpful information for your convenience if you wish to order by mail or phone:

ORDERING INFORMATION

How to order: When placing your order, please order by item number and description using the Fax Form here.

Phone Orders: You may call in your order at (800) 777-9904 or (845) 446-6731 or by

Fax at (845) 446-1050 between 10 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday. For your convenience, we accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover.  Orders with checks must await bank clearance.

Shipping: Shipping - All orders are shipped UPS ground in the continental U. S. Charges on all orders are at cost. All orders shipped by the U. S. Postal Service are at cost (domestic and foreign).

Foreign Shipments: By credit card only.

Sales Tax: New York State residents only please add 8.125% to the total sale including shipping charges.

Backorders: If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will ship the balance of your order promptly and the backordered item will follow shortly.

Gift Certificates: The ideal gift for that special collector in your life. You can order our gift certificates with your major credit card.
